Commercial scope
Last updated: September 30, 2026.
Responsible party
This site and the ALLIANCE Silica commercial line are operated by ALIANZA DE PETRÓLEO, GAS Y ENERGÍA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (commercially known as ALLIANCE), with address at Bismarck 35-A, Colonia Moderna, Alcaldía Benito Juárez, 03510, Mexico City, Mexico, Tax ID (RFC) APG1806134W3. For any matter related to this commercial scope, you may write to hola@alliance.org.mx.
Nature of the catalog
The ALLIANCE Silica catalog allows requesting supply evaluation of silica sand; it does not constitute a binding offer or a sales contract. Each published reference is a commercial code that ALLIANCE uses to organize buyer requests, not a certified, approved or inventoried product.
What the applicable proposal confirms
- Actual availability of the material for the operation in question.
- Origin and traceability of the offered lot.
- Confirmed technical specifications (grain size, composition, moisture, fines and other applicable parameters).
- Presentation, price, logistics and delivery timeline.
None of these elements are confirmed in the public catalog; they are established only in the proposal corresponding to a specific operation, after reviewing the requirement with the producer.
Material suitability
The suitability of the material for a specific hydraulic fracturing operation depends on the project's specification, available documentation and acceptance criteria agreed with the buyer. ALLIANCE does not guarantee that a published reference is suitable for a given operation without that confirmation.
Requests, samples and testing
Submitting a request through this site does not reserve inventory or constitute an order. Samples and testing, when required, are coordinated under conditions agreed in advance between ALLIANCE, the buyer and the corresponding producer.
Approval by operators or authorities
ALLIANCE does not guarantee approval of any material by operators, end customers or regulatory authorities. That approval depends on each organization's internal processes and the technical evidence generated for the specific lot.
Supply, transport and import responsibilities
Responsibilities related to supply, transport, import and delivery are defined specifically for each operation, as part of the applicable commercial proposal. Logistics or customs conditions should not be assumed from the mere publication of a reference in the catalog.
ALLIANCE ecosystem brands
The Oil & Gas Alliance, Energy Alliance and Alliance Minería brands appearing on this site represent ALLIANCE Silica's membership in the ALLIANCE business ecosystem. They do not constitute technical endorsements, certifications or quality guarantees for the offered material.
ALLIANCE's role
ALLIANCE acts as the party responsible for the commercial coordination and follow-up of each requirement submitted through this site. ALLIANCE does not own mines, processing plants, laboratories or transport fleets; it works with independent producers to evaluate each request.
Supply contracts and the scope of this site
Any supply contract eventually signed between the buyer, ALLIANCE and/or the corresponding producer is a separate instrument from this commercial scope. The final conditions of an operation (price, specification, delivery, responsibilities) are governed by that contract, not by the mere publication of a reference on this site.
International operations
When an operation involves a counterparty outside Mexico, these terms do not automatically apply to the corresponding international contract. The applicable law, jurisdiction and specific conditions of that operation are agreed separately between the parties.
