Data controller

Data collected
Through the "Request a quote" form, this site collects only the data the visitor voluntarily enters: name and email (required so we can respond), company and phone (optional), and the technical and commercial requirement information the visitor chooses to share (product or grain size, application, volume, presentation, destination, date, samples, testing and comments, among others). No personal data is ever transmitted through URL parameters.
Purposes of processing
This data is used exclusively to: (i) organize and understand the supply evaluation request the visitor decides to send, and (ii) provide commercial follow-up on that request once received by ALLIANCE. It is not used for other advertising purposes, nor transferred to third parties unrelated to evaluating the request, except as indicated in this notice.
Summary preparation in the browser
The request summary is generated and displayed entirely in the visitor's own browser (this site has no server of its own that automatically receives or stores this data). Sending is not automatic: the visitor decides to copy that summary and send it by email to hola@alliance.org.mx or by WhatsApp to +52 55 2666 5073. Generating or copying the summary does not mean ALLIANCE has received it.
Subsequent handling by ALLIANCE
Once the visitor decides to send their summary by email or WhatsApp, ALLIANCE receives and processes that information to provide commercial follow-up on the request (evaluation with producers, proposals, sample coordination, among other purposes described on this site). That communication is also subject to the privacy policies of the messaging or email service used (e.g., Gmail, Outlook or WhatsApp), which ALLIANCE does not control.
Technology services and data transfers
This site uses external services solely to deliver technical resources (fonts and stylesheets from content delivery networks). These services process the browser's technical request to load such resources, but do not receive the data the visitor enters into the form. This kind of technology-service provision is distinct from a transfer of personal data to third parties: this site does not share form data with those providers.
No trackers or automatic advertising consent
This site does not install advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools. There are no pre-checked marketing consent boxes, and no advertising authorization is assumed merely because a request was sent.
localStorage
This site stores in the visitor's browser, via localStorage, only their language preference (Spanish or English) so it doesn't need to be selected on every visit. This preference is not personally identifiable data and is never transmitted to any server.
Limitation of use, revocation and data-subject rights
The visitor may, at any time, request from ALLIANCE access, rectification, cancellation or objection regarding data they submitted by email or WhatsApp, as well as revoke their consent to subsequent processing of that data or limit its use. To exercise these rights, write to hola@alliance.org.mx stating your request; ALLIANCE will follow up on each case individually.
Retention and security measures
The form prepares the request in the browser and does not send it to ALLIANCE automatically. When the visitor completes the submission by email or WhatsApp, ALLIANCE receives the information to attend to their request.
