Acceptance

Accessing and using this site implies acceptance of these terms. This site is a channel for submitting silica sand supply evaluation requests to ALLIANCE; it is not an online store or an e-commerce platform.

Nature of the content

The catalog, product sheets and informational text on this site serve commercial and informational purposes. They do not constitute a binding offer of sale, guaranteed availability, product certification, or technical or legal advice.

Use of the request form

The "Request evaluation" form is designed to help the visitor organize their requirement before sending it by email or WhatsApp to ALLIANCE. Generating or copying a summary is not equivalent to sending it, nor does it mean ALLIANCE has received it. The visitor is responsible for completing the submission through the channel of their choice.

Accuracy of user-provided information

The visitor is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the form. ALLIANCE will review each request received, but does not automatically validate the information provided prior to that review.

Intellectual property

The logos and identity of ALLIANCE, Oil & Gas Alliance, Energy Alliance and Alliance Minería belong to their respective owners within the ALLIANCE ecosystem. Their presence on this site indicates ecosystem membership, not a license to use them granted to third parties, nor a technical endorsement of the offered material.

Links to third-party sites

This site includes links to other sites within the ALLIANCE ecosystem (including Market Alliance) and, where applicable, to messaging services such as WhatsApp. ALLIANCE does not control the content or policies of those third-party sites.

Supply contracts separate from these terms

These terms govern the use of this site and its request form; they do not replace or become confused with the supply contract that may be signed for a specific operation between the buyer, ALLIANCE and/or the corresponding producer. The conditions of that operation are governed by that contract. See the commercial scope page for details on this distinction.

No automatic application to international contracts

When an operation involves a counterparty outside Mexico, these site terms of use do not automatically apply to the corresponding international contract; the applicable law, jurisdiction and conditions of that operation are agreed separately between the parties.

Modifications

ALLIANCE may update these terms as the site and its commercial scope evolve. The last-updated date is indicated at the top of this page.
